STRONG AF - FLEX
A 12 week program complete with VIDEO DEMONSTRATIONS and can be done at home or the gym! FLEX stands for “flexible”. A 2-3 day per week program that is designed for people with busy schedules OR even like to have variety in their workouts. If you like to run, take classes, or do other things, this program is perfect to add on! All you need is a couple set of dumbbells a set of resistance bands.
