IT INCLUDES
12 weeks. 2-3 days a week. Divided into Death by Leg Day, Upper Bod Squad, and Full Body Burn. As long as you can get those first 2 days in, it's not a big deal if you miss the third!

BAND SPECS:
Non-slip fabric bands made with Cotton and Rubber thread
Short Band: 35.8 cm, medium strength (I want your glutes to burn, not break)
Long Band: 208.4 cm, medium/hard strength (to help you with those pull-ups!)
