I’ve done all of Emily’s programs, and they’ve all been awesome, but I love how this one includes recipes as well. I also love the follow along videos, even though they require joining the VIC+ Patreon tier. I find the videos super helpful and I actually prefer having the videos on over playing music, so it was worth the tier upgrade. I’m actually in the middle of completing this program for the second time and I’ve been able to use heavier weights than I was using previously, so I’ve definitely gotten stronger, and my form has improved as well. I’ve loved having not only a guided program, but different options available for certain exercises, as well as stretches, weight alternatives, the recipes and the follow along videos, so I’d definitely recommend this program!
