WHO IS THIS PROGRAM FOR?
FIRED UP is designed for people who are feeling stuck in their current fitness routine. If you feel like your workouts have become mundane, repetitive, or even boring… FIRED UP is designed to give you the kick in the butt that you need to bust out of that plateau and push you into the next level. The workouts are slightly shorter but they are much more intense. We’re not just doing your basic 3 sets of 10 reps any more. We’re adding, pulses, holds, even a bit of cardio. This is especially perfect for those who work out at home that need to up the intensity but can’t afford to get heavier weights. This program will up the intensity for you without the need for heavier weights. If you have done the BURN program, this is a continuation and it is designed to push you into the next level so that if you restart the BURN program you’ll be going in a lot stronger than you did the first time!
DO I NEED TO DO STRONG AF BURN TO DO FIRED UP?
The answer is no. You don’t NEED to do the original BURN program in order to do FIRED UP… BUT it is recommended that you do. BURN really eases you in by starting with the basics and foundational movements in Week 1 and then slowly the exercises get harder and more intense. Since FIRED UP is a continuation of that program, the workouts are already more intense than week 12. So if you are a beginner I highly recommend you start with STRONG AF BURN before you do FIRED UP! If you’re a workout pro and you don’t feel like you need the basics, then absolutely go for the FIRED UP!
