I cannot say enough good things about this program. I’ve been following EMKFIT for a few years now. Like many people, I first found her channel on YouTube around the pandemic and immediately connected with her fun, encouraging, and no BS approach to fitness and mental health. I have since completed (and thoroughly enjoyed) all of her at home programs, but Burn is by far my favorite. I love the flexibility built into the weekly schedules including shortened circuits to sub in if you're schedule gets crazy, and specific room for cardio (aka designated days to sub in dance hiits or her live Patreon workouts) while still not sacrificing on the importance of the strength training. I also found the sequence of workouts in this program in particular to really keep me on my toes, and I am actually excited to do it over again. In terms of results, I have lifted heavier in this program than I ever have before, and was even able to do my very first pushup ever, on the floor, on my toes, by week 10 of this program. I attribute that success in part to how well thought out this program is, but also Emily’s excellent coaching skills – maybe I could have done a pushup before, but I never felt strong enough AND confident enough to try, and keep trying, until this program. If you’re able to join her VIC+ tier on Patreon to access the follow along videos, I 1000% recommend it. The videos are well done, helped me pace my sets in each workout better, and were that added boost that made me look even more forward to working through this program – they are by no means required to enjoy, complete, and see results from this program, but I loved the added support.
