I am 52 years old and have enjoyed a lifetime of working out. My very first home workout program was Jane Fonda on VHS. I have purchased several popular home workouts and services over the years, and I can honestly say that Emily's Burn program is one of the best values for the money. It is a 12 week, no repeat workout program which is a unicorn in the fitness industry. I find the price to be extremely reasonable for a comprehensive program like Burn. I completed 12 weeks of Burn and recently started round 2 of the program. The program is built to be repeated. By week 6, I was seeing a reduction in inches and feeling stronger. By week 12, I could visibly see muscle definition and a reduction in fat. For a 52 year old, perimenopausal woman, the muscle definition and reduction in fat was outstanding and gave me hope that if I keep working this program, I can combat the issues of menopause and aging. I am a Patreon Member (VicPlus level) so I have access to the Burn Home Videos. I highly recommend the workout videos especially if you are new to a fitness program. I found it easier to stay motivated with the Home workout videos and also Emily provides a lot of information on proper form, ways to keep the program challenging, and modifications to the exercise. The workouts range from 30 to 45 minutes in length. Having the program in pdf form helps me look ahead to the next workout to see what the exercises are and what weights and/or resistance band I need to have ready.
