This is not just a program I made up. This is the way I work out every day. This is how I create my workout split. And it's designed to encourage you to make notes about what you like and don’t like. It is my hope that after doing this program, you’ll see some physical results but, more importantly, that it will give you more confidence about how you work out. Because here’s the thing that personal trainers won’t say… there is no one right way to work out. It’s about finding what works best for YOU. A program you enjoy, is one you keep doing. THAT’S what will get you results. This program can be done anywhere (home, gym, outdoors…) You just need a few sets of weights.
